Quotes and Payments

  • Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
  • Payments: A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due once the project is complete and before the website goes live.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges and can result in a delay of project delivery.

Client Responsibilities

All clients must provide all necessary content, such as text, images, and any additional materials, in a timely manner. Clients must also review and approve designs, feautures, and functionalities quickly to avoid delays.

Revisions and Modifications

  • Revisions: We offer one round of revisions as part of our standard package. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
  • Modifiations: Any significant changes requested after the project has started may be subject to additional fees.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to meet all deadlines agreed upon in the project proposal. However, delays caused by client actions, such as late content delivery or feedback, may impact the timeline.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon payment in full, the client will own the final website and all of its content.
  • Company Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We agree to keep any confidential information shared by the client private and secure. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose our proprietary methods or trade secrets.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the project after work has commenced, the deposit will not be refunded, and any work completed up to the termination date will be billed.

Governing Law

These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or our websitre.
